Andrew and Annie here...
We're posting this thanks to the communal computer at the hospital. We tried to connect to the internet with Annie's laptop but the open wireless connection just wasn't strong enough. Annie is feeling better after having two litres of fluid removed from her lungs. She's passing her time watching downloaded TV mini series: Big Love... a show about a polygamist family and Gordan Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmare... a fowl-mouthed British chef that bails out failing restaurants.
Renee and her new doo just stopped by for a quick visit before heading off to BC.
Shouts out to Angela for picking out the fab boots. They are quite the hit on ward 5.

Isn't technology wonderful! I never really knew exactly...what is a blog...now I know and can keep updated and in touch with you. Give the pups a stroke or two for me and a kiss between the eyes (my dog loves that) A BIG HUG for you too.
Glad to hear Annie is feeling better. Great selections for tv shows to pass the time. Kitchen Nightmares is so funny...just hope Annie doesn't turn into Ramsay while Andrew is in the kitchen! Yikes!
Hello Anne,
This is now my third attempt in writing on this blog. Apparently I am completely computer challenged. Just so you know my first blog was my best writing in a long time. The second was a little smaller because I wanted to see if the damn thing worked. Now I am just going for broke and hoping for the best. I love you so much. I hope that your stay in the hospital has been as best as it can be. I am glad to hear that the fluid has been removed and that you are more comfortable. You and Andrew are just amazing to me. I am thinking of you all of the time and miss you dearly. Why was it you moved to the peg again? Haha just kidding. You are such an incredible strong women and I am so proud to have you as a friend.
Is there a number I can call you at the hospital? I'm sorry I wasn't in touch last week but I ended up getting really sick from the trip to SA. I couldn't even hold down water. Apparently my stomach swelled from the travels and it blocked off anything being able to go in my body. Very weird but resolved. Big love and Nightmare Kitchen's are 2 great shows. Although I started in the second season with Big Love so I have some questions still it is very addictive. I had my front tooth pulled on monday and let me tell you I look pretty hot without a front tooth. If anything I know what my halloween costume is going to be next year. I love that Turbo has attitude. I think all dogs should. Plus he looks so innocent.
I have now realized I have gone in crazy directions on this posting. Bottom line is that I love you so much. If there is anything you need, morning, noon or night, please let me know. I will post something that flows better in the next couple of days. Lots of love
Jen
Does this mean your not going to update your status on facebook?Jamie, William and I are thinking of you...
And if you need a great read I recommend Youth in Revolt by CD Payne... totally brainless, and highly reccommended.
Hey Anne and Andrew! Just wanted to drop a quick note to say Happy Easter. Lots of love Jenny D
Thinking of you - Glad to hear mom is there - say "hi" for us and we'll be in touch. These 6:45 a.m. mornings are getting to me.
Hey Annie!
Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you. I love you my dear friend. xoxo Vaniqua
Hi Anne,
Jen sent me the link to your blog so I thought I would let you know that I'll be thinking of you and sending positive vibes your way. If you're looking for good TV try Rome and Deadwood. They're both HBO series and pretty long, so they'll keep you "busy" for a while. I watched them when I was indisposed after my knee surgery in the fall.
The news here is that Chris and I just moved into our first house and I'm knocked up (due in Sept.) So between naps and flashes of nausea, I try to unpack a few things here and there... there are boxes staring at the back of my head right now, guh.
Peace and love,
Erin
Hey Poz - Jen sent through the link to your blog. Astrid and I both wanted to send our love to you. We are both thinking of you and pushing positive energy your way. I talked to Jaz last week and we were reminiscing about the heady days of sugaring off with Lennoxville kids. I don't know if they have that kind of fun in the prairies, but if they do - we both say you should go for it! Much love babe - C&A
Off to church in a few minutes(yes, I attend church regularily now since getting prego with little Eli)-I figure I need all the help I can get! lol
School is hectic, Elias is a charmer, Nanny Mona passed away on Easter Friday, my bro Adam is getting married & it continues to snow....
I love you so much my friend-think good thoughts & we'll be praying for you.
Kisses & Hugs-Amber & her little man
Hello Anne,
So I was up at a friend from camp's place last night for their engagement party. It was up in huntsville and it was beautiful up there. Laura and Byron were there and send well wishes and their support. While I was up there we were talking about different b-days, showers, ect and the fun games played at them. It actually reminded me of your birthday in first year university. As I explained the story to my friends...they laughed and agreed that the song Hotel California will never be the same. It was a good laugh. I saw that there is a new Hell's Kitchen coming out. I was floored with some of the comments coming out of Ramsey's mouth. Too funny. I had no idea there was such a thing as a donkey fluffer before. I can only imagine what they are not showing.
I am thinking about you all the time and really wish I could be out there. Plus I would give you a good run for your money in the cribage department. My G-ma says hello and you are in her thoughts. As always much love. I will write more later.
P.S. Sadie says hi
Heh there old roomie, and Andrew, too. I spoke with Jen on the weekend. (Thanks Andrew for calling her.) I just want you both to know that you are in my thoughts. Super huge hugs out to the both of you. I will continue to send you energy through the cosmos. Alex and I dedicated a concert to you Anne on Friday night. It was Paul Kelly, an australian artist. He's a folk singer/rocker. It was beautiful. You would have loved it. It was perfect. One big Lindsay smile coming at ya!
All my love,
Lindsay Warren
